This website is operated by Sky Lux Travelz, a travel and visa consultancy with offices at 131 Cranbrook Road, Ilford, IG1 4SY, United Kingdom and Shop #222, Canal Road, Sargodha, Pakistan. In this policy, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Sky Lux Travelz.

When you submit an enquiry, consultation or flight quote form, we collect:

• Your name, email address and phone number.
• The service you are interested in, your destination and your preferred contact method.
• For visa consultations: your country of residence and the visa type you are asking about.
• For flight quotes: departure and destination, travel dates, trip type, number of passengers, cabin class, preferred airline and any requirements you add.
• Any message you choose to include.
• The page you submitted the form from, the time of submission and a record of your consent.
• A one-way, salted hash of your IP address. We use this only to detect spam and limit repeated submissions; we do not store your IP address itself.

Please do not send passport numbers, identity documents, financial details or other sensitive information through our website forms. If documents are needed, we will discuss a suitable way to handle them during your consultation.

• To prepare consultation guidance or flight options for you.
• To keep a record of our communication with you.
• To protect our website and forms against spam and abuse.
